Southewest Agreement

Effective Date and Term
The 4th District Southwest Regional Agreement took effect on January 1, 2023. The agreement will continue in effect from year to year thereafter, from January through December of each year, unless changed or terminated in the way provided within the agreement.

Hours of Work and Overtime
Standard work hours are set from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break.
Apprenticeship Program
The agreement includes access to the IBEW Local 212 apprenticeship program to ensure a continuous supply of skilled labor. CE/CW’s may make application to the apprenticeship program. The program emphasizes rigorous training and education to maintain high industry standards.
Safety and Working Conditions
